Tonight was veggie stir fry (courtesy of dh) with broccoli, mushrooms, onions, and carrots. Yum.

Tomorrow will be veggie stew. Started cooking it today, will finish tomorrow. It smells good; hope it tastes good.

thank you, the restaurant charges $4 each. i was bored this weekend so i youtubed the recipe and method. i'm very happy with the result.
approx. cost $11 for pack of 18 wings + $7 for stuffing, seasonings, frying oil = $1 per wing

Russian chicken (1/2 cup kraft russian dressing, 1/2 cup apricot jam, 1/2 pkt dry onion soup mix - mix together, pour over boneless chicken and bake - not sure what the original quantities for the recipe were but that seems to work for 3-4 breasts), brown rice and steamed asparagus

Tonight is honey-mustard glazed ham, scalloped potatoes, and buttered peas...a very "locavore" meal The pig was raised 5km from here (and is freaking delicious), spuds from the market garden in the valley (15km), peas from my garden, and honey from a local farmer.
