Tonight we had lasagne, Caesar salad, and garlic toast.
I'm not cooking tonight cause I just don't feel like it:tongue: DH will just have to take some of this and some of that leftovers and eat that :top:
cheddar cheese preogies with fried bacon and onions, sour cream and a glass of milk.
I plan on using the rest of the package of bacon and turning it into corn chowder. Also yummy.
Having our breakfast for supper tonight. Eggs, bacon and pancakes. :)
Yesterday's lunch and dinner were the same.....Barrio Fiesta Chicken Adobo with rice. ( one combo take out covers 2 meals )
I didn't think we had enough leftovers for all of us last night, so on a trip to Sobeys I saw Sensations by Compliments Stuffed Chicken Burgers on sale and picked those up. They were OK, I was a bit disappointed because the picture on the package appeared to be a chicken breast, but the reality was ground chicken. They were $5.99 for six, not bad for that price, but they are normally over $10. Had it with basmati rice and veg.
Red pepper stuffed with mince beef and rice combo, doing some kind of tomato sauce that will go with the beef and topped with parmesan.
last night we had cheddar perogies dipped in sour cream and salsa with sweet kale salad from Costco. It was good and quite surprised Mom did not complain about it being a meatless meal, she says they aren't as filling without the meat.
Chicken breasts are in the crock pot. Beyond that, I have no clue. I guess I figure it out at 5pm. LOL.
this evening homemade fishcakes made by my lovely neighbour and I'm making a salad with mixed greens, dried cranberries, mandarin orange, slivered almonds and grape tomatoes, tossed with honey dijon dressing.
Salmon fillets baked with lemon, garlic, and seasoning salt; rice-a-roni (haven't had it in ages, it's awesome!), and kernel corn.
Taffy cat was suddenly my best friend, I gave her a few small bits of salmon, and she wanted more, more....
chicken sandwich from work
My DH and I have a wedding to go to today. We will be eating the lovely dinner they serve there. :) No no cooking tonight.
^ have fun at the wedding. It's suppose to be a warmer day here so prob a bbq if it's not too windy (it's extremely windy right now!).

No idea. I think we should give up eating!
Either Indian inspired Chile or Danish meatballs with potatoes of some kind and a salad.it just depends on what I feel like doing later. Oh and scones with whip cream and homemade jam. I made a double batch of them this morning :P
I got some haddock and mussels on sale today, so we had that for lunch. For supper we used one of my gift cards I won, went to Montana's. I'm glad DH and I split the big order of ribs...inputting into My Fitness Pal, I discovered the whole rack is 1700 calories, nearly my full day of food!
grilled cheese sandwich
Maybe some steamed fish
bbq ribs and roasted potatoes from my garden and a salad
oven roasted yellow baby potatoes with fried luncheon meat and fried egg.
I wasn't that pleased with my haddock today. I'd like to have it fairly nice crust on it, anyone have advice for the rest of my haddock? Cooking on a nonstick griddle.
Fine dining courtesy of Sobey's tonight! 10.99 rotisserie chicken, macaroni salad, buns. I also had some cucumber slices. They make the best chicken!
had a late lunch at my aunt's house, newfie jig's dinner, this time salt meat, baked chicken, carrot, potato, cabbage, turnip, peas pudding, bread pudding and another sweet pudding all slathered in gravy...it was delish!! for dinner just made a grilled cheese sandwich with some bacon leftover from breakfast
Spaghetti and meatballs :) For years I fried the meatballs in a pan like my mom did until I learned they are way easier to make in the oven.
I'm not feeling good. Eventually made whole wheat scrambled egg burritos with a glass of milk.
Having a honey glazed ham, potatoes and coleslaw tonight. :)
BBQ riblings, fries, and coleslaw from Tony Roma's.
