It was a busy day, so I made Olymel chicken chunkies, McCain potato wedges, and Green Giant steamed brussel sprouts. The entire meal cost less than $3.00  I love to cook, but there is nothing wrong with a quick, money-saving meal now and then :top:
It was our wedding anniverary so we got a Chinese take-out..
Meatloaf ( Added about 1/2 pkg. of Stove Top Stuffing and some oatmeal ) Along with mustard, relish, ketchup and a chopped up onion. A couple of eggs and a few spices and it turned out yummy. Had a baked potato and fresh dilled carrots with it. Apple crisp for dessert. :)
Pork chops, with a sauce/gravy that included onions, mushrooms, broccoli stem, snowpeas - over smashed potatoes.
