Tonight I think will be chicken thighs with some sidekicks noodles. Its funny that the sidekicks noodles are $1.00 at walmart which is cheaper then the store brand. Bought like 10 of them, its cool that for $10 I have enough side dishes to last almost 2 weeks, lol.

Another fasting day for us, spaghetti with tomato sauce.

I am gonna try my hand (for the first time) at stuffed peppers. Serve it with a side salad. Wish me luck! I wish I had a recipe that someone could vouch for rather than an Internet one that hopefully is delicious.

Tonight we are having BBQ pork chops, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob!!! We have been waiting for the last month for corn on the cob and it was in Walmart this morning...I don't care whether it tastes sweet or not. It's still going to be good!!!

I made the chicken, first used a little salt, pepper and olive oil and put in the oven for 40mins. Then I pulled them out and topped each one with a touch of dianes garlic/herb marinade and put back in on broil for 3mins. With baked potato and coleslaw with 1/2 coleslaw dressing and 1/2 raspberry vinaigrette.
Gotta say the chicken was so damn tasty, lol.
Sorry the second pic is so blurry..
