I have a cross-rib beef roast in the slower cooker but I also have ribs & mashed potatoes leftover from yesterday...and last night I made a carrot cake with cream cheese icing..the cake I'll share around...the ribs were really good so might just have the leftovers and have the roast tomorrow....
** I like taking a 12" baguette..cut open, hallow out the bottom a little..butter one side put mayo on the other, line the bottom with old cheddar then fill with lots of the shredded beef, close the sandwich, wrap in tinfoil and bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes!!...so good!!**
