Dh is cooking I am sick :(
Tomorrow is going to be chicken tacos, but I cooked the chicken earlier in my crock pot (salsa and taco seasoning with some boneless skinless chicken breasts). Easy tip - if you have a KitchenAid mixer, toss your warm boneless chicken in for about 30 seconds, and voila! Perfectly shredded chicken.
Slow cooker beef stew last night. Leftovers for work today.
Last night was mac and cheese with hotdogs cut up and bbq sauce :icon_puke_r:. DH has been nagging me for this so I finally caved. I just had some mac and cheese with ketchup.
I am craving some kind of salmon today on the bbq of course :)
I am sick so I want something easy...roasted pork loin with taters
Last night made veggie meatballs with onions and stir fried veggies to go with the leftover macaroni & cheese pie and lentis. No more macaroni pie or lentils leftover, so will have to add replacements tonight.
Last night was a tossed veggie salad with spaghetti and homemade meat sauce - Tonight is our FREE Swiss Chalet dinner for DS'S th Bithday -A replacement for the aweful time on Fathers Day - I expect it will be a much better time tonight!

Cesar salad...w/extra garlic....homemade hot wings (my speciality)..and fries with chocolate ice cream for dessert!! Yum!
Still sick....did not eat anything today but still went to spin:) needed some stress relief ! DH made grilled chicken on flat buns with salad and feta stuffed hot peppers.
DH and I are starting to go walking a few times a week and today was no different. I walked a total of 11.5 kms today and 8 of them was with DH.
We walked the almost 6kms to a pub that we had a coupon for and I had the salmon fillet with steamed broccoli (the rice was mushy and in large clumps :(). DH had a steak;)
I made 8 portions for DD and I...YUP, good ole lazy cabbage to the diet rescue!
Last night we had Mitchell's mozza smokies (very good!) - I put them in the oven til they are browned. With that I made pasta with some sort of sauce I concocted, mixed with broccoli, onions, carrots and beansprouts.
Tonight I'm going to make fish tacos. I've got a couple nice fat pieces of cod fillets left in the freezer so I'm going to use them up. I like to use a blackening spice I make up and then into the super hot cast iron skillet. Then just pop the pan in the oven for 5 minutes, then time to assemble and eat. I'm going to make a nice greek salad to go along with it.
Great meal and only 1 pan to clean up afterwards :)
