Stir fried egg noodles with bean sprouts, shiitake mushroom, carrots and pork chops.
I'll be making fish with rice and corn. Not sure whether to tempura batter the fish or not; wish I had a smaller pan to do it in so it used less oil.
I made a casserole with a layer of frozen brussel sprouts, cauliflower and carrots topped with chicken and a sauce made with a can of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 can of milk and honey mustard. My DH says we need to make that again. Also made some homemade mac and cheese.
leftover chciken adobo and store bought caesar salad from metro.
I had caesar salad, chicken, steak fries; husband had boneless ribs and bread.
Going to have lobster sandwiches and a tossed salad tonight.
Last night we had bacon wrapped chicken, baked potatoes on the BBQ. I also boiled fresh beets.
honey garlic ribs
Last night we had pasta bake, there was left over pasta and sauce in the fridge from earlier this week so we just put that in the dish with tons of cheese and baked it.
I've been using my Instant Pot (pressure cooker) a lot, trying new things. Last night I browned some Italian sausages in it, then took them out, put a rack in and pressure cooked them on the rack out of the water for about 10 minutes with a cup of water in the pot. Had them with thin sliced/baked potatoes.
Meanwhile, I'd taken the liquid from the sausages (mostly water) and put it in a mason jar in the fridge to let the fat cool off so I could remove it. After supper I put rice in the pressure cooker with the sausage water for liquid, added several skinless chicken thighs, cooked that under pressure for about ten minutes. Boned/shredded the chicken, added some seasonings and a leftover sausage and that is today's lunch.
There are assorted things in the fridge to eat up for supper, will add garlic toast and fresh cauliflower.
Chicken curry
Burgers and Weenies on the BBQ, with salad and Chocolate cake for dessert.
packaged ramen
sour cream and oniion chips
red seedless grapes
Going out for Chinese food tonight. I will most likely have hot pot.
Meat Lasagna, garlic breadsticks and side salad.
Last night we picked up pizza on the way home. when I am sick I cave to eating out because it is easy. By picking it up and ordering a different special it cuts our cost in half so for under $20 we had dinner and no work on my part yippee.
Tonight is a mystery I am on my own for dinner but am working today so we will have to see how my ambition level is when I get home and go from there.
Turkey sub and lemonade.
BBQ hotdogs and hamburgers, broccoli salad, leftover potato salad and coleslaw. Bought some new potatoes and will likely do some in foil packets.
It's mom's birthday, so cake for desert.
...bbq'd hot dogs & hamburgers
Small green tomato and bocconcini salad with tzatziki on top. Yummy
A roasted Grill'em Sausage, chopped up to get extra crispy bits, with roasted potatoes, asparagus and corn. Not bad for dinner alone.
Going out for Chinese tonight. I'm having Cantonese chow Mien for sure, it's a little a little bit pricey but they put a lot of shrimp in it, and probably the usual sides beef fried rice, chicken balls and pork with veggies.
cottage roll, mashed potatoes and peas
BBQ steak, corn on the cob, bean salad and pasta salad.

I wasn't sure what we were having. I had a chicken to cook in the countertop convection cooker and wanted to use up the sour cream and the bowtie pasta. I like to use allrecipes ingredient search to get ideas when I'm not sure what to make. I landed up making a sauce of bacon pieces, sauteed onions, chicken drippings, a bit of flour and some Knorr dry cream of mushroom soup mix, sour cream, and milk, and bowtie pasta. It turned out very very delicious. And convection cooked chicken is always the best, so juicy and good :)
