Leftover Chinese food from last night. War wonton soup, fried rice, ginger chicken, beef and vegetables.
Veggie chicken nuggets
Must come up with a plan B as I have been told the Roast Beef has already been taken. Now I have no clue as to what I am going to have. Will have to raid the freezer when I get home.
Chicken rolls and a ham quiche with some cheese and veggies with ranch dip.Popsicle and cherry for dessert :)

Ended up having to go to a doc, so it ended up being Taco Tuesday - three hard for me, five soft for him, mexifries for each of us, and Crustos for me to enjoy either later or tomorrow.
Last night I found a pasta bake in the freezer, quick easy dinner
Tonight we are doing appetizers, I have taken a pizza dough out of the freezer we have everything needed in the fridge, shortly I am going to make a batch of homemade mozzarella sticks, we also have some frozen Chinese dumplings I bought as a treat to hopefully get away from eating out. I will see what else I can find in the freezers. We have spent our grocery budget for the week so whatever we have has to be what we already have on hand.
...currently baking some turkey wings for sandwiches over the next couple of days and will make soup prob tomorrow to use some veggies in the fridge, etc and freeze in containers to have every now and then...there's a big Canada Day BBQ this evening at a friends , fireworks, etc later , etc..Happy Canada Day!!
BBQ hamburgers & hotdogs and whatever salads I can find or make up.
BBQ party at my parents place. BBQ ribs, hot dogs, salmon, corn, spinach & potato salad, brownie sundae, strawberry-rhubarb pie, fruit platter and lots of pop.
Spaghetti and meat balls with a salad and Italian loaf.
Last night I barbequed turkey thighs. Hadn't tried it before but they were such a good price I thought it was worth a go. Marinated them in honey, garlic, and lemon for a day. Indirect heat is recommended for chicken so I did the same for the turkey. They turned out pretty tasty; maybe not as delicious as chicken, but still pretty good and a nice change.
stir fry (chopped up red, yellow and orange peppers, celery, onions, broccoli and bok choy) over long grain and wild rice, the rest of the leftover meatloaf (heated) with some gravy and a cucumber salad.
Chilli for supper tonight.
All Dressed Pizza
Since it's a scorcher out today (34.5) I'm going to take the leftover new potatoes I cooked earlier in the week and th basil,dill,chilli flake butter tossed them in and after slicing them I'll grill them on my grill pan on the BBQ. I'm also going to heat up the seasoned ground beef I have and try and egg. Of course I'll be serving it with a salad with my own lettuce, fresh basil and he young tops of the radishes I'm growing.

So nice when husband decides he'll cook since I'm not feeling well (nothing serious, but strong antibiotics making me feel even crappier), and when I finally got an urge to eat something, he's decided to hit up Whopper Wednesday...
BTW, some of you know my husband hasn't been able to gain weight for the past year - he's always been thin, but lost weight when he got hurt last year.
However, he's now gained 10 pounds, so yay! He's 158. Still not at the weight he should be - he needs at least another 10 pounds.

Tonight we have to go out but I refusing to do take out so we will have homemade burgers with potato chips when we get back.
