Mmmm, broccoli and asparagoose - my faves! I'm sad the nuggets aren't on sale here - we've run out since the last sale!
Tonight, I'm going to attempt some 'form' of quesadillas, maybe - I have spinach and tomato wraps, and no one has felt like using them for sammies but me, so I am figuring I can make a ground beef, onion, and tomato mixture, add cheese, and put it between the wrap and melt? Not sure if I need a recipe, or just try!

Last night was Beef Stroganoff and a side salad. Wow, it was soooo good DH couldn't stop raving all night about it and that's what he had to bring to work for leftovers:)
Changed my mind - am going to make a Chili Tower instead! Only made it once before a few years ago, and I found the recipe! It's basically chili baked between layers of tortillas and cheese.

tonight we are having Baked Spiral Ham with a Honey Mustard Glaze (free with my sobeys points:top:), scallop potatoes, Asparagus for me and Corn for DH.
Tonight Im having beef and barley soup!! its cooking in the crockpot now!! and some french bread to go with it..also homemade! yum!
Making a new pork chop recipe in the crockpot, uses stuffing mix.....hope it is good!
Tonight was Jack in the Box! DH and I headed south(in search of warmer temps ;)) and stopped in for a bite. Yum! I love Jack! :)
Tonight will be roasted chicken pieces with onions and potatoes, some sort of veggie side and a salad. We haven't been getting our greens!
I'm hoping steak but we'll see...
Sweet & sour meatballs served over rice! Not sure if I'm going to add the pineapple chunks though, hubby doesn't like them.

This weekend we went Christmas Visiting since we will not be in town to see BF best friends family and they made turkey dinner for us! Mmm it was so good...turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, turnips, peas and corn and of course stuffing!

Well I have leftover homemade chicken soup from last night, but I also defrosted 3 lbs of ground beef, and it's starting to snow here so maybe i'll make either meatballs and rice, or meatloaf or something..don't know..any ideas?
