Shrimp pasta with diced celery, red onion, capers and fresh dill.
Perogies with sauteed onions with lots of dill, with sour cream.
Supposed to be in the mid 40s here with the humid x and we have no AC so it has already been decided we will eat out tonight. Thinking Crabby Joe's since I just discovered there is one minutes from RCSS (how did I not know this, this restaurant is my new obsession but I just could not find excuses to go the one I thought was the closest because we never go to that area).

Make a big pot of spaghetti sauce 2 nights ago. Used mild Italian sausage and a variety of peppers, onion and button mushrooms. mmm it was good. But getting tired of it, lunc will be the last time for spaghetti for awhile. I don't feel like cooking tonight but i want something yummy. So I really dont know yet...maybe order in fish & chips or chicken and chips.
It's hell hot, so I'm not very sure. I have a pork roast I can do mostly in my pressure cooker with just a quick brown on the bbq, but that might not be the right food for today.
I made grilled chicken taco wraps.
Stir fry rump steak, zucchini and onion with cinnamon, ginger and hot sauce over rice.
Nice and cool here, but I feel for those of you who had the high temps we had last week. It sure changes both cooking and eating habits!
Tonight, I made a huge pot of chop suey with pork loin, onions, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli stems and florets, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, celery and will serve over yellow rice.
I decided to just have a snacky dinner. Chips and dip and cheese crackers and pickles :top:
I like it simple sometimes.
Hubby was late tonight so we went to Subway, we both had an assorted and water.
I made a simple supper of crab & zucchini cakes with a garden salad with lots of veg and fresh basil from my garden :P

I have made stuffed skinless/boneless chicken and turkey breasts before but last nights version turned out very yummy! I sliced across the chicken breasts 2 times, so I would have 2 "pockets " to stuff. On the bottom layer I placed about 5-6 long green beans from the garden with 1-2 slices partially cooked bacon alongside them. Then I filled the other pocket with my dehydrated beefsteak tomatoes ( I soaked them for about 3 minutes first ) along with a handful of fresh grated Parmesan. Pressed them all around firmly into a bread crumb mixture and then wrapped 2 more slices of bacon around the outside. Baked @ 350 for about 40 minutes, turning them all over half way through cooking.
They were a hit! It was probably the bacon!! ha ha
Today will be even hotter than yesterday! Extreme heat and humidity warnings already in effect early this morning. I will probably make all dressed hamburgers (homemade with cheese, tomatos, onion slices, pickles, mustard, relish and lettuce) and corn on the cob.
Not a clue, they say it is supposed to cool off a little but which would be nice. We have tons of veggies in the fridge and would love to either Stir Fry or BBQ them buy we will have to see. I am alone for dinner tonight so I may be lazy and just make something with the left over Crock Pot Fajitas, we will see how my ambition is once I get off work.
Its nice & hot here today too! Just going to grill some naan bread later and add chicken, tomatoes, basil , mozzarella, etc..
Last night we made taco salad for dinner which was perfect since we just nuked the cooked beef from nachos the other night in the microwave. Was way too hot for a heavy meal. Then we went for a drive to DQ :) around 9pm and went to the waterfront to eat them :)
I'm making salmon lettuce wraps, layered with cream cheese, cucumber slices and sun dried tomatoes.

Tonight's supper plans. Marinated pork kabobs, fresh corn on the cob, diced potatoes, and salad. If I feel up for it, LO and I will bake cookies today too.
DH is making and rolling the dough and I will be topping and cooking pizza for dinner. DD is at work.
Burgers on the BBQ, home made fries with gravy and a tossed salad.
Leftover chicken, sauteed leftover perogies.
More crab and zucchini cakes with salad. I'm hoping for a McD ice cream for dessert :P
Lobster tail thawing in the fridge, will lightly cook in butter with corn kernels and zucchini.
A layered soft taco bake with the leftovers from Monday.
Sausages on a bun with chips, nice and simple works for me
