I am making a casserole with cabbage, sausage, onion, cheese etc. My late MIL use to make it-not sure that I can make it taste as good as hers but will try.

Made a massive pot of chicken soup for DH's bad cold/flu on the w/e, there is plenty left JUST in case anyone else catches what he has. Made some comfort dishes today, perogies, breakfast sausages and used up some boiled new spuds to make a corned beef hash. Grabbed strawbwerries today at FB and just couldn't resist buying a flan and some whipped cream. Looks so purdy!!

Tonight we are busy so once we get home dinner will be leftovers. DS will have tacos. I will have whatever I find. Then I am defrosting a pork roast and peeling potatoes and carrots to toss in the crockpot in the morning for tomorrow nights dinner :)
No idea-better get thinking about that and pull something out from the freezer as dinner is in about 7 hrs.
Last night was tofu pad Thai from Thai express
Tonight I'm making spaghetti squash with bacon and parmesan and a side salad with olives and beets in a balsamic vinaigrette
MMM I love beets, but no one I cook for does. Don't have them as often as I'd like.
Last night was tacos, kinda scrounged for ingredients because I stopped at no Frills on the way home and their produce section has gone to the sh!ts. They need a manager in their or something. Low stock, no jalepenos or limes. Their reduced/clearance rack had mouldy product.
Tonight I might get the energy up to make a seafood primavera. Or maybe I will just snack and save that for tomorrow.
I was going to have leftover Pasta Bake tonight as Mom was working, she called in sick so I left dinner up to her. Nothing was done so it looks like Nachos quick and simple works for me.
Pork steak, mashed potatoes, peas and gravy.
Atlantic salmon fillets, Steamed rice , and beets from the garden. Sorry VW, we just love them.
My booty call tells me it is a secret, I'll see it when she gets here. She hasn't clued in yet that I don't play games ;)
Just put the roaster in the oven - cubed pork loin, potatoes, onions, garlic, celery, carrots, cauliflower - with Italian spices. I'll see when it is close to done if it needs a gravy or not.
hamburger and onions in gravy, potatoes and peas
Battered chicken with rice and veggies.
Tonight's dinner is pork chops (in crockpot) with carrots and rice. Leftover rice will be used for dinner tomorrow night with BLSL chicken breasts pulled from freezer that have already been grilled.
Mom is cooking a Roast Beef, she has a meeting tonight so not sure if it will be a full roast beef dinner with gravy, potatoes and veg or if we will have to come up with something else. Either way Roast Beef will be the meat.
Homemade chicken soup tonight - it's boiling now, and the house smells heavenly! :)
I knew I was too lazy too cook last night, so I grabbed a couple KFC Tuesday specials on my way home. And I also boiled a cob of corn for myself.....the last of the sweet jubilee from Chiliwack :frown: I just love corn on the cob!
Tonight I expect the kitchen will be cleaned by my roommate when I get home so I am going to make meatballs in some sort of sauce over rice (probably zuke-noodles for me). And I am craving some veggies, so I am also going to make spicy green beans and heck, I deserve BEETS! I am going to do up a couple small beets just for me.
