Pumpkin pie!! Oh yum....love it. Use to ask for that in place of a birthday cake as a kid.I might have to walk across to SOF and get a small one for dessert.
Spaghetti and meat sauce tonight.
Tonight I'm thinking chicken quesadillas but will cook the chicken in salsa verde for flavour and bbq the vegetables to go inside. Serve it with a green leaf salad.
I think I just might go to Vee's place for dinner. It sounds so delicious.
Last night I made breaded pork chops with roasted beets, egg noodles and a homemade sauce of tomatoes, garlic, shredded mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese.
Btw the Superstore is now carrying Lethbridge Heritage pork and it is really delicious. I haven't had such good pork in many, many years. Not sure if it's in stores out east, but I'm in BC and they have it here. If you like pork and see it in stores near you, I suggest you try it - you won't be disappointed ;)
Homemade pot of lentil soup and fresh homemade buns.
Chicken stew and mashed potatoes (pretty much made only when our son is coming over, he just inhales it as his fave meal) with homemade pickled beets, plus leftover chicken soup.
pb sandwich and home made applesauce
Split pea and sausage soup
Mac and cheese with leftover ham from last night.
I'm in for any left overs :top: Sounds wonderful!
I promised to make my roommate his favorite. This seafood primavera with prawns, shrimp, scallops, mushrooms, red onion, snap peas etc. AND I have a bidding wars pick up over by Krispy Kreme so I am going to surprise him with a dozen. He will be sooooo happy....so that kitchen BETTER be clean when I get home.
Only things is....it was free lunch day at work and I always over eat and am never hungry for dinner these nights, so I am not nearly excited about it. Oh well, great breakfast.
Chicken burgers and salad tonight.
Turkey dinner with all the fixings!
No idea totally craving Mac & Cheese after seeing it here a few times but we already had Pasta bake earlier this week, can I do pasta twice a week?
SA-I think you can do whatever you want!
