I think I am having similar. BBQ chicken (I have so many Uncle Ben's coupons to use up) baby potatoes and salad.
Ham sausage sliced and baked with sliced onions, shell pasta, corn (so nice to have from cobs in the freezer), broccoli-grape salad.
I was still full from lunch so I had a lemon muffin
Cabbage rolls for dinner tonight.
BBQ one last time before it gets super cold!!!
breaded veal and maybe potatoes, have not decided on a side yet. And also some pasta with home made sauce.

Reading through this thread is making me hungry but for a peanut butter sandwich. I'm still getting over the Thanksgiving meal.
I am having homemade (not by me) lumpia and buko pie. Met a very nice filipino woman that posts on our bidding wars site and gifted them to me. Looking forward to trying them!

Burgers on the BBQ, a tossed salad and Apple blossoms for dessert.
DH BBQ'd salmon and served it with roast potatoes, steamed carrots and apple crisp-DD's favourite.
Hotdogs, pumpkin loaf and a dish of ice cream.

Son just called and he's bringing over a crabapple pie for dessert, which his boss's wife made - and he got because he was the best worker today!
Last night I found some sliced ham in the freezer I baked up with a side of rice and green beans which I added a cream of mushroom sauce too and baked. My side dish still needs some tweaking but not bad for a first try.

We went to Swiss chalet tonight, I had a messy chicken sandwich and hubby had a double leg dinner and maybe DQ for dessert if we have time before the Jays game, but I'm still stuffed.
used 50% off coupon for chicken tenders at safeway (about 15-16 strips for $7), got a large family sized ceasar salad at superstore $10. Quick and easy dinner :lol:
Takeout day -- I had a chicken burger with steak fries and gravy to dip (couldn't finish burger, ate most of fries - the gravy is fab, it's homemade), husband had boneless ribs and bread.
And what a sweetie, he stopped at Safeway bakery before he picked up the food, and came home with cinnamon buns and peanut butter cookies. :love:
