Bacon Cheddar sausages with mashed patatoes and a diet pepsi
Oxtail stew (includes shiitake mushrooms, onions, carrots, green beans etc etc) to go along with mashed sweet potato. Apple pie may follow.

Tonight was marinated stripped chicken (was 7,00$ and 30% off) and sidekicks with a diet 7 up
Stuffed Pork side ribs, mashed potatoes, fresh beets and gravy.
Sweet & sour meatballs with rice, cucumber salad and a large glass of milk. I cooked & froze 400 meatballs a while ago. I'm cooking extra rice to make fried rice tomorrow.

I had leftover chicken stew on bread.
Husband will have leftover chicken noodle soup, chicken bones/fat/meat with bread - then there is some sausage if he needs more food.
hubby made chili and we had it with buttered toasts. Gonna make some spaghetti to go with the chili for lunch tomorrow.
Just bread and butter, cheese, and grapes. I had a root canal done today and didn't feel like having much.
Hubby is cooking back ribs, grilled veggies and baked potatoes on the barbecue. I'm going to make a tossed salad.
made some pretty fine burgers for the guys to drag in for their meal tonight. I had found an old fashioned burger press at the Thrift store about a month ago and all the parts were there. ( clear cylinder, plunger, discs)

It worked great! made them nice and thick too! WM had 3 trays of burger left in the marked down bunker today, cost me $14.00 OOP for 1 extra lean, 1 lean and 1 medium. After mixing with crumbs, eggs and herbs I yielded 12 hefty sized patties.

then I used my other fun food chopper to do up a small carrot and the remainder of that massive cabbage ( into coleslaw )
They turned down home made fries though, said it would be too much food, they get a very short break for the meal time.
Tonight did not go as planned so just had some leftover homemade pancakes that were in the fridge

Supper tonight - sauteed some ham garlic sausage in broth, added leftover egg noodles, a can of baked beans in tomato sauce, some garlic - and yum, easy-peasy meal in a pot.
I made fried rice and beef broccoli.

Just got back from NF. Tonight's supper plan is currently Ziggy's meat stuffed pasta with Classico Alfredo sauce, tossed salad, and a big glas of milk.
I'd like to bake some squares or cookies this afternoon with our 3yr old son.

Son's birthday supper tonight, so ordering in his favourite for all of us - cutlets with all the trimmings and their fabulous orzo soup.
Dessert will be sprinkles cupcakes.
Stir fry veggies with portobello mushrooms and a brown rice lentils quinoa mix. YUM!
I made a big pot of chili.
Tomato, lettuce and Swiss cheese rosemary bread sandwich.
