Hubby is having a few friends over for the super bowl so they are having finger food. I may just have leftovers.Attachment 304858
I just had lupper - hot chicken sandwich and oven fries.
Husband will have leftover porkchops, potatoes and carrots later.
Honey garlic wings, wedges and onion wings. Will be eating round 2 of Superbowl snacks. Some veggies and dip, guacamole with nachos and a few other varieties of wings.

Pasta Bake, using the Meat Sauce I made yesterday, used up an open box of pasta and some cheese little pieces of cheese from the fridge.

We went to Superbowl party. I only had to bring a giant caeser salad. I did with a whole pkg bacon, which of course pleased the men folk. Also a big wedge of grated fresh parmesan. Yum! Our friend did the wings himself and a great job too> Nice n spicy :top:
Dear wife is making Spaghetti and homemade meat balls and garlic bread.
I'm having a hot chocolate and DH is having hambs with Mac & cheese
Chicken nuggets, fries and frozen veggies.
potatoes, ribs and sauerkraut and for dessert rhubarb pie. We were supposed to have company but I ended up at the Dr.s instead.
bbq homemade burgers on the bbq with French fries .salad and corn -cause it is only raining out and nice to run out to bbq
..had some chicken meatballs (made with ground chicken, grated cheese, milk, basil, oregano, S & P) leftover from yesterday so piled those on a toasted bun with a little marinara sauce and mozzarella , and broiled until the cheese was melted and bubbly...(added a little dijon to the bun) :)
Everything was purchased on sale. Lasagna Hamburger Helper made with lean ground beef, Greeb Giant frozen broccoli (requested by our 3.5yr old son, purchased for 40% of regular price), with a glass of milk.
Chicken breast, mashed potatoes, peas and pickled beets.
Tonight was mahi mahi, cabbage salad, pasta salad and ceasar salad.
Tomorrow I plan on roasting a Hutterite chicken with onion and carrot. I will also roast a sweet potato. 1/2 will be plain so that I can turn it into baby food for the twins. The other 1/2 I will cube up and toss with a little oil, cinnamon, and brown sugar. I will also bake a 9"x13" pan of healthier monster cookie squares. We might have a little leftover pasta or potato wedges with it.
Tonight we will be having spaghetti.
Pancake Day - so I'm making pancakes, and some pork sausages. Maybe scrambled eggs to go with.
A small ham, scalloped potatoes and asparagus.

brocoli stir fry, rice and chicken
Today it went up to 17 so we had BBQ'd homemade burgers and homemade buns with leftover salads.
I had garlic fried prawns and massive scallops with a plant protein salad. DH went up north trucking for 2 weeks so no cooking here for awhile.
Was tired so I made tacos. Fried up the beef and seasoning, added some chipotle. Chopped up some tomato and avocado and tossed them in Frank's red Hot. Shredded lettuce and cheese and some sour cream and that was that.
And now I'm hungry again. . . darn it!!
I'm going to turn the leftover roast chicken into another 1 or 2 meals.
Chicken and mushroom Alfredo with speghettini, French bread, balsamic vinegar and olive oils dip and a glass of milk.
Home made chicken soup. I have bok choy that needs to be used. Celery, onion, carrot, rice or pasta in it.
I have some leftover chicken so I am going to cut it up and put it in some rice with veggies.
