My British Mum's old standby-good old fried eggs, baked beans and homemade fries. I guess it was a quick, cheap dinner to fill up the 5 kids when she used to get home from work and my family seemed to like it too.

Making some poutine for supper tonight. I have leftover chicken from yesterday so I am not making anything else with it. :)
Thursday Night I made Peorgie Bake with BBQ Chicken Chunks (Cubed Chicken in BBQ Chicken Seasoning)
Last night we had some left over pizza we needed to eat up so I crisped it up in the oven, found a few chicken fingers (4 pcs) so threw those in as well and made a Cesar salad. Not a normal dinner but ate the pizza before we had to toss it and got that bag of chicken fingers out of the freezer as well as a bun I found and made in croutons.
Tonight is a mystery so far, going to dig through the freezer in a bit and see what I find
..a couple of evenings ago I made cheeseburgers, the ground beef was still frozen in the middle so I used what I could and put the rest back in the fridge..so yesterday evening I mixed the meat with S&P, oregano & worcestershire sauce and made thin patties..stuffed feta between 2 patties to make a burger, crimped the edges and pan fried..and had on the burger onions fried with worcestershire sauce, sliced tomato, ketchup & mustard. Turned out yummy..and had with it fries & gravy. I put a pork roast in the oven to make gravy..so this evening I already have a cooked pork roast & gravy lol so can reheat the leftovers and have mashed potatoes and whatever else with it :)
Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, frozen mixed veggies, stuffing and gravy. May go to DQ for dessert.
We are going to make some homemade chicken quesadillas.
Breakfast for supper - homemade hashbrowns, bacon, eggs - not sure of how those will be made yet.
Gonna bake some Korean cheese ribs, but instead of making it a cheese dip, I grate the mozzarella on the ribs as a sort of topping. Can't deal with the added mess of making the dip. Probably gonna throw cauliflower in the oven too, bake it at the same time.
Baked chicken, mashed potatoes and mix veg. Almost like dededi, but with no DQ :(
Ristorante funghi ;) with extra cheese and green onions
Last night I had Baked Sausage, Roasted Potatoes & Cauliflower.
Ordering pizza tonight.
I am kind of torn, I was going to put a roast in that can be used to dinners and lunches this week and would make sense to have tonight but on the flip side I am really craving pasta so only time will tell.
