Tonight will be peppercorn steak on the BBQ with steamed green beans & mashed potatoes with bacon bits (make my own with real bacon), shredded cheese & sour cream.
There will also be homemade carrot cake with creme cheese icing (all made from scratch) for dessert. The cake is cooling now, so the house smells awesome.

Because of the above poster.... all I can think about is mashed potatoes with bacon bits. Won`t leave my fertile little mind. Thus I`m going to make it with non real bacon bits and maybe peas and stuffing. Yum!

I'm so boring - went back to our fallback pita pizzas ad salad - I was craving pizza but couldn't fathom the cost (financial and caloric) so threw together pita pizzas and so the craving is sated.

wow! I should live closer and "need to borrow a cup of sugar-invite myself to dinner"! Mmmmm on the full menu...my sweet tooth is craving carrot cake now! LOL!
we had a busy day...between a church service, chatting with an old friend and meeting with clients, we had rice, veggies and a chicken from RCSS. hubby's gone out now so hoping he'll come home with a snackie!
