MMMmmm tonight is homemade pizza with the leftover baked ham - yummers! Probably will just add on mushrooms, onions, and pineapple (only on part). Hm, don't have green pepper, too bad...

Chicken wraps with lettuce, tomato, cheese and of course homemade breaded chicken breasts. And lots of peppercorn ranch. Yum!

"prep n forget' Turkey, -a recipe I got from the whats cooking magazine...5 minutes to throw it all in the crockpot in the morning while waiting for my coffee, and when 5:30pm hits....voila! Dinner is served...a cheap one dish wonder. all the ingredients together would have totalled under $5 and it will feed my family of 5.

I am so excited!!!! I found a package of deer bratwursts that our friend (an amazing old-school sausage maker), did up fpr us last year. I thought we were out months ago, but there was one pack lurking at the bottom of the freezer!!!!!
So, it will be beer braised bratwurst with garlic roasted baby spuds, sauerkraut (that counts as a veg...right?), and maybe some roasted brussels sprouts. Hearty fare here tonight!http://superpoints.com/refer/hockeymomma

I love turkey. I wish I had turkey. No such thing as leftovers with 30+ to dinner. In fact I have one that I will be roasting for us....
Tonight we are having cheese and spinach stuffed sole, homeade potato patties, and I am thinking a salad for veggies.
