Ended up working late last night and Kitchen is a bit of a disaster as our faucet is leaking and flooded the cabinet under it (got a new one last night) so dinner needed to be simple so heated up some leftover pizza and made a Ranch Salad to go with it.

^ hope your appetite comes back soon!!! I've had a sore throat all week and food hasn't been high on the priority list either, nothing is very tempting...I'm feeling a lot better today but still no appetite..I was looking in the fridge and have a bunch of stuff to use, corn on the cobb, mango and sweet potato, etc so dinner will need to include at least those items...lol
I nearly messed up making my cauliflower pizzas this morning! I thought the ratio of cauliflower to Parmesan cheese was 2-1....but it was the other way around. That was close... glad I pulled out the recipe just before I got to mixing anything.
Then I checked on how much Parm I had on hand and was able to use just 6 c of the cauliflower already grated along with 12 c of cheese, but it made 7 pizzas so that was great.
Now I am going to make Sushi rolls, hash browns and rice pudding with the remaining 8 c of grated cauliflower.
Sometimes getting cauliflower so cheap ( .97 at NF this week ) makes you over buy! ha ha
Fish & chips.
Picked up KFC. Brownies for dessert.
Husband and son had tuna casserole.
I had about six mandarin orange pieces from a can.
Yes, I tried the casserole; son also made me an amazing bologna sandwich on a fresh ciabatta bun (which I would normally lurve!) - but ew, I had to spit it out.
I tried popcorn - which I normally could eat even when any other kind of sick - nope. Also tried cheezies, another fave - nope.
I lost 22 pounds in the last month; I do not recommend this way to lose weight!

Ohhhh my goodness Natalka.. sure hope you can eat something ..not good losing all that weight especially when your not trying too ..nothing any doctor can do for you sweetie..hope your hubby is doing good ..sending my prayers that your all feeling well..Take extra care yourself to sweetie
@Natalka did you ever look into maybe drinking some of those Ensure things? I mean you are not getting enough nutrition from a bite of this and that. The weight you dropped might seem welcomed atm, but this shouldn't continue or you might really be in trouble

^ what was the verdict on them? Do they taste dreadful? I have never tried them, because I always gave away the coupons and cheques I had received for them to the seniors in the condo's nearby me. Gosh this has not eating has gone on so long for you, I hope your daily water intake has increased.... that might help somewhat I suppose.

Yes, they are dreadful.
Husband had a good appetite, so wanted KFC for supper - son was over, as well, to eat.
I managed several good bites - badly needed protein - plus a few fries.
btw, canned pears are gross (in real life, I love them!), so it's back to oranges and peaches.
