Swiss Chalet
I think they have to be one of the most pricier fast food but boy is it good
Judging by the number of seniors I see eating dinner inside a Swiss Chalet it has to be pretty good value.
OH crap, I fall into that group now...

I modified it a bit, doubled the lemon, added wine, tomato paste, a jalapeno, more chicken and basil.
My daughter, grand daughter and I demolished it.
Prime Rib, roast potatoes, asparagus and sauteed mushrooms.
Horseradish and Cabernet Sauvignon are required accompaniments.
Thinking Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Mushroom Gravy & some sort of veggie. The veggie is going to be the hard part we really need to go shopping but I won't have time today to get to the store.

DH made a pot of very tasty chili -we ate early due to the time change. As well we are going to our friends for cake and coffee to celebrate their youngest set of twin boys turning 3. A busy household with 2, 7 year old boys and 2, 3 year old boys!

Tonight is a bit of a mystery Mom has been changed to all of these weird shifts this week where she is at work for 2 meals but will only get one meal break and it will be too late to eat when she gets home. So I am trying to find something I can make that she can eat on a 15 minute break that is filling and would be dinner.
Shrimps with Chinese Rice and some macaroni salad with a diet pepsi.
Well my meal prep did not happen yesterday so tonight I need to find time to cook between kid drop off and meeting friends at gym. I have peameal I want to cook up for the boys. I have a turkey thawing in the fridge to cook up tomorrow or Wednesday.
I have zucchini, broccoli and sweet potatoes to use up. Will figure it out once I get started!
I have 2 x 10Lb of potatoes to use up (and my No Frills has the 10LB bags on for $1 right now- overstock)
So I need to make kids mashed potatoes for sure. And I would like to make up some hashbrown mixes. Think I will cook one up tonight after the gym and serve that with the peameal tomorrow night. Save my perogies/potato puffs in the freezer for when I don't have potatoes on hand.
Last night we had sliced deli meat and broccoli pasta.
Tonight we're having roast beef sub and chips. Ice cream for dessert.
Butter chicken, rice, tandoori chicken and mutter paneer.
