I made Homemade Chili, so good!
Tonight I made turkey shepherd's with garlic mashed taters and topped with bacon and cheddar cheese ;) My mom looooooooves it. I also made everything pizza bagels with turkey pepperoni and orange peppers.
For dessert I bought crossants filled with all the stuff in strawberry crepes and drizzled with chocolate :P
making fried rice again and salad..very lazy tonight.
now time for dessert while we watch the opening ceremonies!

Last night we had frozen pizza. Tonight I'm making 'something' with chicken breasts, roasted potatoes, coleslaw.
Last night I made stuffed red peppers.. mmmMMMM! =) [stuffing=turkey, rice, peas, onions, jamacian jerk seasoning, tomatoe soup].. soooo gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooood.. wish I didn't eat the leftovers for lunch.. LOL.
might just make the stuffing part.. that alone is delicous.. the red peppers are an added bouns though.. but crap! I just painted my nails [black] less than an hour ago.. hmmmm.. may get my dad to do the dirty work lol.

Today I had what was available as we wandered around the three ring circus formerly known as downtown Vancouver. A Buffalo Smokie w/the works. I gotta give the vendor credit. He was not gouging anyone by charging $6. A pretty fair price considering he had a non stop lineup in the middle of the Olympics. :-)

For v-day dinner we had pasta, t-bone steaks, oysters and corn.
had a wonderful valentines dinner last night filet mignon potatoes shrimp and broccoli and brownies and icecream too :) and oh some wine
Last night was greek inspired pasta loaded with sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives,grape tomatoes, garlic, feta, lemon rosemary chicken and EVOO. It was super duper yummy!:)

we went out for dinner and I pretty much ate my weight in sushi, calamari and a ton of other stuff then a huge plate of dessert ughhhh I should learn to not eat sooo much

Last night we went to Baton Rouge and we started with the Louisiana Spinach dip, I had the Santa Fe Chicken, 10oz marinated grilled chicken breast toped with roasted red peppers and zuchini and goat cheese, with coleslaw and fries It was super yummy! BF of course had the ribs with fries and baked beans.
Today is Chicken wrap, loaded with veggies and shredded cheese.
Baton Rouge has the best ribs yuumy :)
tonight was hot dogs atleast the boys didn't complain for a change
