Fried rice and chicken teriyaki
Everyone is xmas shopping so it is a fend for myself dinner.
I slow cook my Ossobuco. Today I used Beef Shank instead of veal because I got it cheap.

I don't always make the gremolata, lots of people find it strong. If I do make it, I serve it as a garnish.
..a couple of weekends ago I cooked a turkey and froze some of the leftovers, seeing that it will soon be turkey time again I'm going to make a turkey pot pie for supper this evening..
When Dh got home last night he had me order a Domino’s pizza and 2L Coke for supper, using a coupon codec
Last night I was on my own for dinner and spent the whole day running around for work so I decided to just make Kraft Dinner as it seemed easy.
Tonight I am not sure yet will see how I feel when I get home. Thinking maybe pasta but we will see when I get home

My wife made a small roast in the oven and also picked up some buns. The gravy came out really good so hot roast beef on a bun.
Pork steaks, mushroom sauce, steam California veggies, and rice.
BBQ pork roast, mashed potatoes and sweet peas
Spaghetti squash with a tomato, chicken and spinach sauce.
..there's still some turkey breast so going to fry up some bacon later and have all the fixin's to make a club house and caesar salad...getting ready shortly to make a cranberry cream cheese loaf :)
Chicken stuffed rolls because they where on sale,gouda and swiss cheese and some macaroni salad.
Everyone is going out again and there is still some roast left and buns left so leftovers again for me

So whatever Chef Annie has whipped up for a special sounds good to me.
Boiled Ukrainian sausage, choice of leftover rice or speghittini, steamed veggies, sliced cucumber, and chocolate milk.
...busy day ahead, decorating the Christmas tree :icon_santa: and a Christmas party later, putting ribs in the slow cooker with onion, spices, bbq sauce, etc, may have to put under the broiler for a few minutes when cooked & rice and broccoli
Pork chop, twice baked potatoes, carrots and I still have to figure out dessert.
Another family get together tonight at my mothers. I asked her if she wanted myself and my wife to prepare the food for everyone (she is 87 and would have a hard time cooking for that many people) but she insisted that she just wants everyone to relax and she will order in pizza and wings

Celebrating the snow!! (BLECH!!!) ... grilling some chops on the BBQ and then a side salad ... i hate winter but aside from leaving the country (which I will do soon!) I am going to BBQ all winter!!! Yee Haw!!!! :biggrin:

Football Sunday, its going to be a good one!! I'd like to make lasagna but don't have the noodles but lots of other pasta so maybe the same ingredients and do a pasta bake...TBD..craving lasagna
