Tonight, roasted chicken dinner with potatoes, onions, mushrooms, carrots, corn, and a big salad. We are usually meatless Friday, but I'm moving meatless to tomorrow night simply because I need to use the chicken today!

Tonight is my bf's 25th birthday so I'm taking him out to Barberian's Steakhouse for dinner tonight. The reservations aren't until 9, so I made a platter of cheese and have a baguette to serve with wine so we don't die of hunger until then.

Last night I made Panzanella salad, so tonight we're having leftovers of that, as well as homemade shrimp fettuccini alfredo.

I made weiner and bean soup for lunch today. It didn't cost that much to make because the ingredients were on sale between the sales yesterday and today.

I picked up ground mild Italian sausage for $1.25/lb. Now I have to come up with recipes to use it in.

My husband is out of the city today, so my son got to choose take-out for the two of us. We had ham and pineapple pizza from our fave pizza joint, along with a side of dry garlic ribs. But, wow, the honey-garlic sauce we got with it was the best I had ever tasted - I'd sure like to find out what it was.

Tonight we had BBQ salmon and I marinaded it with garlic butter and dill. ALso made garlic smashed potatoes and we had bbq corn on the cob.
