I'll make it tonight with rice. I was going to try lentils or something but nah, lol. Plus I won't make the samosa's this time. My cart was almost filled to the top and I still hadn't picked up any items to make the samosa's so I thought next time.

Oh, cabmonk, I think I could eat it every day!
Shrimp was on sale this week, so I had it on my shopping list - til my son saw it and said Mom, there are like 20 bags in the freezer - use those first!
I guess I hadn't realized that every time shrimp was on sale I would get two or three bags, then wasn't cooking with them that much, and they just added up!

Yeah I love to add shrimp to everything, pasta, etc. Also add it to crab with mayo and make a seafood sub. I wanted to buy the cooked shrimp today at walmart but had so much stuff in my cart already I passed on it this time.

I'm loving DH these past few days....he took Thu/Fri off from work, and both days I've come home to a hot meal *swoon & faint* Thursday he made French Toast (nothing special but hey I didn't have to do it!) & tonight he made buffalo meat burgers (with a little help from George Foreman), and he even made me grilled veggies as a side. ANNNNND....HE EVEN CLEANED UP!!!!!! I know, I know, I couldn't believe it either
