    Homemade burgers on the grill (but its a little cool out there today so might just pan fry)(maybe add a some bacon from all the ML Portions FPC's..lol) lettuce, tomatoes, maybe some sauteed onion with a splash of balsamic vinegar if I pan fry, goat cheese for me, cheddar for DH, toasted buns & maybe a small side salad. TGIF!

    Did up the last 3 chicken strips I had in the freezer with fries and a mix of the rest of the peas and corn I had in the freezer. Needed to make room for the groceries I picked up today! I need to stop grocery shopping though LOL My freezer is jam packed.

    today the kids and i kept the car and went to the mall and a couple of other places. we may have indulged in a bit of junk food

    so far my plans for dinner is a small bowl of brazil nuts, dried apricots, dried figs and a couple of crackers.

    I have thought about trying a pizza with potato on it but am not sure about the potato on the crust, worried it might be too heavy.

    Wasn't bad but I preferred their asparagus pizza. I have seen pizza with potato before but never tried it.
