25 grams Tostito chips, ( about 7 Restaurant Style ) with 1 oz melted grated cheddar and 1/4 cup salsa on top, 3 cups air popped popcorn with 1/2 tblsp melted butter, 1/4 cup almond, cashew, pecan mix. I chose that to snack while I watched the Habs lose but they slaughtered NY!! That was a ton of my daily calories allotted spent..... just over 500.....wah!!!

    Homemade chicken noodle soup tonight.
Will make chicken stew from the meat, but we are usually too full to eat it after bowls of soup, so it's usually for the next day.

^ sigh, WOB, that would be heaven for me!

Making chicken stew for supper tonight - talked to son last night and said yes he could come over - not sure if he'd come if I hadn't mentioned his fave meal in the whole world, lol! I don't have a full array of veggies for it, but have celery, carrots, peas, and carrots. Usually I make mashed potatoes to have with, since that's good with its yummy graviness (gravyness?) but I'll decide that later. Will also make a small salad. There will be enough for leftovers to send with son, as well as some of the homemade chicken soup. (If I start him off with a bowl of soup, that's all he will eat, so I'd rather have him eat the main meal.)

Last night was Nachos, Tonight Mom will be having Wings and I will have Grill em with Oven Fries and whatever veggies we have on hand to make a "salad" I know we are out of lettuce so it will be a lettuceless salad.

Well so far I have some round steak and onions simmering and it smells yummy-will likely serve with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob-fruit cobbler for dessert.
