Used up the last of the McDonald's coupons and had 3 chicken McNuggets dipped in honey, an Orea McFlurry, half of the large fries dipped in ketchup and still deciding on a drink...

I went to NF to pick up a few extra veggies to make a salad.

We will be having KD, sausages, and tossed salad with chocolate milk tonight.

Finally got to make tacos tonight - son felt totally fine, and came over. Between the two of us, we can kill a package, lol. We've fallen in love with the super tasty mild hard ones - love the idea of mixing in the premade sauce into the meat, plus whatever seasoning powder they make that we add to sour cream is just da bomb - wish it could be bought separately.

    Anyhew, I'm SO full!

I cooked a small turkey on Sunday. Monday we had sandwiches for lunch and hot turkey sandwiches for supper. Tuesday DS had another hot turkey sandwich for lunch (turkey and gravy in thermos, bread to pour it over). And tonight for the last of it, I mixed it in with spaghetti, made a creamy sauce (a roux with pepper, old cheddar, a bit of cream cheese, milk) and added peas. DS LOVED it, he's having the leftover casserole for lunch tomorrow. Hmm, makes me think I've got to come up with something for tomorrow.

I guess I will make the chicken chili for tomorrow. DH worked at the school kitchen today and the school chef sent home a yummy looking meal of bruschetta and french bread, ribs, Asian stir fried vegetables and some type of chick pea dish.

when I do my shopping it will be back to mostly vegetarian. Plus i started walking a lot and want to try ddp yoga and see how that is. I pretty much walk to
work and back which is 40 mins each day. Or if i need to walk to travelodge instead it's 40mins each way.

well it was bound to happen, there was a wagon ( 1100 calorie a day one to be exact ) and I fell off of it today BEFORE dinner. Went into the 1300-1400 calorie range before 6:00 p.m..............sigh. Pass the water, I'll be back tomorrow.
