Cutting up the leftover chicken breasts from yesterday and mixing it with rice and veggies. Easy supper.

As long as Mom remembers to turn on the Crockpot before she leaves for work tonight will be Crockpot Teryaki Chicken over rice with roasted cauliflower.

Gosh it's getting so hard to make something out of not much - so I'm going to bake in a roaster a pork steak, shredded cabbage, onion, celery, carrots, and the few potatoes we have left - just going to season with Italian herbs and broth for it all to bake down in - oh, if I can find a can of tomatoes, will do that instead. Will make some pasta to have with it, since the couple of potatoes won't be enough for my husband.

You are all such a diligent bunch of caring people. it's nearly over, but if you could please continue to vote for CARD....that would be awesome.
We are having homemade pizza. I'm just about to go & make the dough. I do love my kitchen aid mixer. One of the best presents that I ever got.

^ I think it's awesome when you get an appliance that rocks your world and you can't imagine living without it!!!
For me, that's my coffee grinder. Mmmm. Fresh homemade Starbucks every morning. Does life get better than this? I think not!
Last night we had pirate stew.
Tonight???....um...something definitely on the run. It's meet the teacher night and enroute to that event, I am stopping to donate blood. So dinner will begin with cookies--which is always a good way to begin dinner imo. hahaha. After that, I'm not so sure. Whatever presents itself on the drive between blood donation and the school, I guess."Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken." Oscar Widle
