Son is coming over for supper - 'payment' for him working on our van this aft...
I have meatloaf in the oven - ground pork, leftover tomato cut up, lots of minced garlic, chopped green onions; veggies are roasting - potato wedges, onion slices, carrots, garlic cloves, cauliflower florets.

Keljo-your Grandma looks great. Also sincere condolences on your Dad's passing which I had not realized-I knew he was sick at Xmas but I must have missed a few posts. Glad to see you and your Grandma celebrating!

1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp ground Ginger

This is usually our Sunday dinner here in NFLD...we add to the pot (in pudding bags) peas pudding and usually a bread pudding or other sweet pudding+...and bake a roast, chicken or turkey , have stuffing and then slather everything in gravy. I'm probably having this for dinner today! LOL. My grandmother does the cooking (not the one that turned 97! ..lol..my other grandmother, she was 80 in Sept. ..but my uncle lives with her and he does most of the cooking, she will mix the puddings, etc and tell my uncle what to do )....and I usually bring a dessert and do the dishes!

made 2 separate things hoping some of it will be taken in for the guys meals for work. Two small pieces of pork loin roasted along with enough Yukon Golds to fill the small roast pan. Larger roast pan filled with stewing beef, tons of chopped onions, whole white mushrooms, large diced green peppers, added raspberry vinaigrette dressing and canned gravy while the meat was softening, added last to cook was diced potatoes and carrots.

Husband has tummy issues today, so I just made a pot of Lipton chicken noodle. I had a bowl with crackers to munch on the side. Will scrounge for something later to eat, I don't think he'll eat anything else.
