Cross rib of beef roast (prime rib is getting far to expensive), roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and asparagus. M&M apple blossoms with vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Maple Dijon Drumsticks and rice. So easy, so tasty!
Here's the recipe for the drumsticks. (It's a slow cooker recipe)

Pasta with homemade sauce last night, Steak and fixings the night before. Not sure what I feel like tonight. Thinking a "clean out the freezer" kind of night. Use up stuff that I have seen lol, 1/2 package of turkey bacon, many odd bags of perogies (have tons of sour cream to use up and fresh chive from the garden) Bags of frozen pasta (will defrost and heat up in a frying pan and add fresh tomatoes from garden with a bit of cheese for a little side maybe?) I will figure it out. Love cleaning out the freezer

Been at work since 7 am for the new student intake. I had coffee for breakfast and worked through lunch. I am now eating a heel of bread with peanut butter and it tastes fantastic. That's what I am having for my dinner tonight.

Thanks for the recipe website - will have to look it through.
Chicken pieces roasting in the oven - used flat Orange Crush instead of water, so that should be interesting (hey, the berry juice worked before, so why not?) - roasted with diced onions and celery, 1/2 bulb garlic sliced. Will serve over baked rice with sweetlet peas.
