Kids had already eaten last night ( crazy, everyone is on a difference sleep/eat pattern ) so DH and I made fettuccine Alfredo ( using Ziggy's fresh pasta and Classico jars of 3 cheese sauces ) We sauteed a whack of sweet and green onions, added skinless boneless chicken chunks and frozen green peas. Steamed up probably the last pickings of green beans from the backyard and cooked a few carrots to go with. It totally hit the spot. A quiet dinner for two and we each had a Bud light Apple beer! That was different.

Not sure but looking at my veggie crisper I think a chicken-vegetable stir fry would be a good idea.

Tonight will be burgers and chips, way too hot to cook and looks like rain is coming in so BBQ is not an option. Not really my first choice but due to weather we will make it work.

No clue. I have a screaming headache today . It's on the cooler side today so it should be something g warm and comforting but it all depends on what's up with the kitchen. My parents are doing a full kitchen renovation and the cabinets are supposed to be arriving g today so I'll have to see what shape the kitchen will be in around dinner time

I'm hoping to make marinated pork kabobs with celery, zucchini, and potatoes with a big glass of milk.

Oh you just made my tummy growl....that sounds so good!
I just got back from a long weekend camping trip late last night and packed enough food for a week , so I have lots of extras. It might be breakfast for dinner or tacos. I am gonna miss the taste of a charcoal grill though.Opening a fee-free Tangerine account using my Orange key: 43034602S1 You will receive a $50 bonus from Tangerine. Husband had an urge for KFC - and when he expresses a desire, I make sure he gets it, so he went to get it, lol! (I wanted McD's, but didn't tell him that - there's always another time)
Whatever helps him hopefully gain some weight, or at least maintain it.
