I had a massive headache last night and there was no way I was cooking for grabbed a Swiss Chalet Family Pack
Tonight I am not sure yet, will have to dive into the freezers when I get home and see what I find. Thinking my choices will be either Chicken in Mushroom Soup over Rice or Pasta of some sort either a meat sauce or might go veggie with Alfredo. Personally I love tons of veggies in my Tomato/Meat Sauce and regularly when on the road order Pasta from East Mario's with just veggies no protein but I am the only one who likes it this way.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

We are trying to get as much done as possible tonight so that we can try and avoid as much as possible the mass exodus of people from in and around Toronto to go north for the weekend
Easy dinner of those frozen Maple Leaf meat pies with a side of salad

DD and I enjoyed a " controlled portion " of a favourite. Lamb chops with rice. I seared them first and then slow cooked them in a 270 degree oven. Added lots of chopped green onions to the plain rice. So yummy!

Tonight's supper plan is home made fried rice. There are some leftover sweet and sour meatballs in the fridge.
