What's For Dinner?

Pork chops baked in oven with onions , mushrooms , mashed potato,fresh homemade bread and Diet Pepsi .. I ran out get gas for my vehicle and while there tonight they were selling pineapple soft serve ice cream.. ohhh it was so yummy

Oh, my - just the thought of pineapple soft ice cream makes me salivate!

...its a glorious, sunny, summer day ...having a yard sale this afternoon...so bqq after , haven't decided on the protein, probably chicken and ribs

The gang can eat the roast turkey dinner.....complete with stuffing, roasted spuds, carrots, broccoli and fresh made cranberry sauce whenever they like, Breakfast. lunch or dinner, makes no never mind to me.....ha ha
I cooked this all up this morning so I could watch the Jays game in peace.....hope they win!!

The weekend is basically over so back to reality.

We are going to have broccoli rice pilaf with bbq pork chop

I think for desert will be McDonalds ice cream

Didn't feel like cooking so we went Harvey's for burgers, fries, onion rings and chocolate milk. Going to DQ later for dessert.

Had beef stew in the slow cooker all day... was good and tender.

Today on menu is Turkey, Salt beef , carrots, turnip, parsnips, potatoes, cabbage, dressing , pease pudding , onion pudding and gravy for dessert .. steam molasses blueberry pudding and maple sauce and Diet Pepsi

I zonked out for a few hours so my dinner was late-ish. Made a fresh stir fry with chicken breast chunks, green onions, red pepper, lots of bean sprouts, broccoli, and water chestnuts. The tiniest half capful of soya sauce and some balsamic vinegar, oh yes and started the pan hot with 1 tblsp sesame oil....Mmmmmm.
DH was eyeballin my meal and I said " hey I made you guys an entire turkey feast! " He goes yeah, I know but that smells delicious too! ha ha ( I gave him half )

Hey @walkonby one year someone turned the oven down by accident and no one noticed it right away. So our thanksgiving dinner was at 9.30pm one time. Half the people that were there for dinner left because they couldn't wait lol.

Tonight will be the first dinner of my veggie diet. I will make these black bean potato burgers (look more like potato pancakes lol) I will top with shoestring onion rings, they use just onions and flour and oil to fry. Recipe: https://www.thespruce.com/potato-veg...recipe-3378626
