..I'm going to a meet & greet party this evening for a couple+ hundred people...they're serving all seafood(?) its not starting until 7:00 so will have leftovers from yesterday before I go..

My wife and some friends are already up north so I called her and said that they should have dinner now and ill just stop on my way up and grab either Webbers or Subway on the way up.

Tomorrow will be Back ribs on the bbq with sides of salad that other people have prepared in advance

Wednesday night I made Nachos, Ground Beef with homemade Season, Nachos with melted Cheddar and whatever toppings you choose

Thursday night I made spaghetti and meatballs with a garlic bun using Homemade Meatballs from the freezer

Tonight was homemade Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Sauteed Green Beans and Mushroom Gravy

I've been in a lot of pain today, so Dh got KFC with the 20% discount from the app. KFC chicken, French fries, gravy, macaroni salad, coleslaw, potato salad from our fridge. Home made apple crisp for dessert.

Beef and Chicken Kabobs, Asparagus, and Pesto Pasta.

..last night's party was excellent, so much food...the regular, fruit, veggie, meat, cracker trays...and then trays of shrimp, crab, dips made from shrimp & crab (sooo good) and then continous trays of cod au gratin, crab au gratin and cod tongues served with a delicious chutney...the beers were pretty good too..hee hee..so tonight is the actual dinner, stuffed chicken breast not sure on the sides, dessert, etc...and live entertainment "Celtic Connection" (NFLD band, maybe some of you have heard of them) should be a great night and a shuttle is being provided for rides home
