    cooked up 2 smallish blade roasts in the pressure cooker, as we love it soft as cheese.
    Once they were removed and cooled down a bit, I diced them both into bite sized pieces and made stew!!
    Only had a few things to toss in, ( onions, carrots, cabbage, spuds and leftover turkey gravy ) .....which meant I had to wrap up and freeze those stuffing waffles I had made earlier.
    No one wants stuffing waffles unless you can soak them in gravy! ha ha

    we went to mcd for a late lunch and collected more monopoly game pieces - no winner. I don't know why i collect them every year, oh well. So for dinner we just had leftover from yesterday.

    ..getting some stuff ready for tomorrow's party...turkey is cooked, ham & ribs cooking now....Friday the 13th!!!--advised this morning the power will be off from 1-5 tomorrow afternoon so everything will have to be done by 1:00 pm, already spilled a gallon of paint AND the little bar fridge was left open since I put cream cheese and stuff for dips in it yesterday..will probably have a snig of the ham or turkey for supper. Anyone want a spicy Caesar or White Russian drink or a glass of red or white or a beer?
