    Ha Ha. I've been there. There is no perfect Highliner fish I find. It's either over or under baked. I like mine overbaked with so much lemon juice that it's practically soggy, though. I have odd tastes.

    ,,I ran out of time yesterday so ended up making a chicken bake (Kraft recipe) cream of chicken soup mixed with 2 c. sharp cheddar and milk, poured over the chicken breast topped with stove top and baked in the oven, it turned out really good and I had mashed potato & corn with it..AND..I made enough for leftovers today and there's leftover teriyaki beef to make more nachos and leftover chicken alfredo so everything is looked after for football Sunday!

    Last night was a family dinner at my ex-in-laws for "November" birthdays
    Roast pork (with crackle) lots of sides and home made blueberry and pecan pies for dessert.

    Scored leftovers including two pieces of pie!

    Mom ended up working late so i just had Peanut Butter and Banana in a tortilla as I had already had a late lunch of Lasagna Soup.

    We just HAD to celebrate the Argos win today with homemade pizza!! Mmmmm. I made 1 and 1/2 the way DH, DS and I like it ( mushrooms, pepperoni, bacon, sausage, pineapple, spinach, 2 cheeses, and the left over jar of bruschetta and made the other 1 and 1/2 the same for DD except with NO mushrooms.
