Last night: some Tostitos chips, three shortbread cookies with dried cranberries, orange juice, cooked penne pasta with chili pepper flakes-salt-oil and some turkey sandwich filling. Had a banana too.
Tonight: more cooked pasta, a banana, peanut butter & jam on the last two slices of rye bread.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

Just made up some "Beef Sticky Ribs" from the most recent LCBO Food and Drink
I will cook them up today and refrigerate overnight so I can skim the fat off.
Looking forward to dinner tomorrow now!

Yay for McD coupons! I had a big Mac and some fries; husband had two quarter pounder with cheese and fries.
Gosh, so good, lol! I'm enjoying this journey of tasting foods I haven't had, nor could have tasted, since July last year.

We tried the Cavendish oven fries, but most of us weren’t big fans. We also had ham sausage and boiled mixed veggies.

..going to the cabin, very excited, not sure for one night or 2...it's going to be fun...not exactly sure what I'm having for food, a bit of this and that...lot of things can cook right on the wood stove so time to decide, raid the fridge/freezer and pack the cooler...

Bro is taking Mom out to dinner tonight and I am tagging along as well his gf will be there. Mom's choice and she decided on the local Japanese Restaurant. They advertise as a Buffet but it is really all you can eat and you order to your table and it is brought to you vs going up to a buffet.
I plan to eat way too much Chicken Teriyaki Sushi personally lol.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,
follow along as tackle day to day life and whatever else 2021 throws at me:
