What's For Dinner?

Tonight we had chicken and veggie wraps.

Going to help at an event at one of our branches tomorrow and as a thank you the branch manager is hosting a BBQ at his house for all of the out town staff travelling in, so it will be BBQ but exactly what will be served I am not sure. With that being said I know his wife is an amazing cook from events I have attended in the past that she has brought food in for so I am excited.

last night since I had eaten a much larger meal at lunch I munched a very large bowl of air popped non GMO organic popcorn.
Kind of funny though I just could not resist drizzling some melted butter and a few shakes of salt over it ...Mmmm it really hit the spot.

Fend for myself tonight so frozen dinner of o solo mio pasta torteliinni cheese and rosee sauce,hope it will be good!

A busy Friday for me, tennis, doctors appt.,and a massage, so it will be a quick and easy dinner here. I’m making a Caesar salad and spouse is grilling prawns. There a beautiful Okanagan rose chilling already.

I remember when my sister moved to Toronto for work and lived alone she would have "popcorn" for dinner many nights lol

Last night was a bit of this and that. Still have crock pot chicken left so thinking quesidias with salad. Simple night and use up stuff.
Tomorrow night- BBQ chicken and grill a nice mix of fresh veggies (have peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, onion, broccoli etc)

I had shrimp and chips, husband chose fish and chips (surprize for me, I guess this restaurant has really converted him to like fish!).

Tonight home made Chinese food .. chicken chow mein , egg rolls , chicken balls ,fried beef rice , deep fried won tons and cherry sauce and Diet Pepsi
