I bought some beautiful halibut this morning and we will grill it with a lemon butter glaze. I’m going to toss a pork fried rice and grilled zucchini

Change in plans, craving hit me and I ran with it so we are having Beef Stroganoff Over Steamed Potatoes, both done in the Instant Pot. Might make a side salad if I have time

I noticed that no one has been eating the giant naval seedless oranges all week so I sliced up 2 of them....that may tide me over till I want to actually cook something.

..its that time of year, lots of family visiting, the food has been plenty and endless,,,yesterday I setup a deep fryer on the deck and spent 3 hours deep frying freshly caught cod (beer battered) & homemade onion rings & fries....yummo!! this weekend is our big festival that we have every year the first weekend in Aug. lots of fun & food for the next couple of days (make sure to try the seafood chowder)

I’m marinating a boatload of country style ribs for tonight . I made a potato salad and a a Greek salad. Friends are bringing dessert 😎

Perogies with sauteed onions and lots of dill, husband also had sausage - it was too spicy for me. It's no name Ukrainian ring.
BTW, the best bought perogies we have found so far are best value from giant tiger.

A bag of Doritos Blue Grilled Steak Chips (hope they taste ok or I'll have to use up the salsa on them) will await me for dinner today. Not cooking a thing. Will have some water and a Dr Pepper along with the chips.
