    woo hoo! At 8:30 this morning I picked up 6 trays of butterfly pork chops....so lean, one chop to a tray, Metro had the the trays marked 30% off so my OOP was under $2.00 for each one. They have now been pounded flat, floured, egged, crumbed and fried in liberal amounts of butter.
    Schnitzel for dinner boys!!

    Great find !!! I never find marked down meat at my metro in qc…

    ..my family visiting from ONT is returning tomorrow (I have another batch arriving at the end of the week ) I have a ham in the oven now to get ahead of today's festivities ...and cream cheese "softening" so I can make a blueberry cheesecake this morning as well

    *reading above how hot it is everywhere, its been so cold here +10-12 all weekend with rain and fog, the high for today is +14, hopefully we start to get summer weather soon
