Tonight- Not sure. Not really feeling like anything. Maybe just a toasted bagel with egg and cheese.
Tomorrow- I need to finish making pasta sauce I started on the weekend. Will fry up the ground beef and add it to the sauce I made. Will cook up 2 boxes of pasta and then DS will have leftovers for Wednesday and Thursday.
Thursday- I will make a roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans.

Roast been, potato and onion baked in foil, boiled spaced carrots from last year’s garden. Maybe some salad to go with it.

Tonight is homemade Chicken Tenders with Oven Fries which we will turn into Poutine. Normally I would make a Salad but I do not feel like it tonight, as Noon today I have been moved to work from home but this time since they do not know when we can come back I was asked to pretty much take my office with me.
So I have moved my whole work station including 2 monitors, dock station and all of that fun stuff to my dinning room. So my new offices are my dinning room and living room. After moving everything from the office and setting it up at home, I really just want quick and easy for dinner. Tomorrow night I will get more creative.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,
follow along as tackle day to day life and whatever else 2021 throws at me:

all restaurants & pubs have closed here (one is still open for take-out only) and most business have closed. So I'm home for the next while, I've asked all friends to stay away! Today I'm cooking a roast and going through the fridge and will chop & blanch fresh veggies and put in the freezer so they don't spoil..and planning on making a batch of chocolate chip cookies!!
