    Pepperoni pizza bake. Used up leftover pepperoni, a leftover mozzarella, cheddar chunks in fridge. I think this might have potential. Like a pizza lasagna.

    Chicken salad on croissant sandwiches with celery sticks and cheeze whiz, olives stuffed with garlic and Boursin cheese (Cranberry & Pepper) on Mini Breton Vegie crackers.

    i buy the frozen croissants from Costco and then i just bake some as i need them. I like that they are nice and crisp.

    Today is going to be a kitchen day. I saved all the bones, etc from the Christmas turkey so getting ready to make a stock for soup, making meatballs, a taco dip for later and blueberry & morning glory muffins

    Freshco has these tasty things on sale again this week! Four bag limit. I buy the ones that have nothing on them, they cook up so amazingly in the Air fryer. Sauce of choice served on the side if anyone likes.
    I don't think a veg is necessary right? lol!!!

    Everyone says vegetables are good for you if that's true

    That's an amazing price. They sound great using the air fryer. Nice that they come split.

    DH BQd a family pack of boneless chicken breasts yesterday. I listed off some options to DH but as soon as I mentioned gravy and stove top stuffing, the decision was made. I should use the asparagus but there's something comforting about peas and gravy.

    Not all vegies hide underground, only the bashful ones. the bold ones like peas, cabbage, cauliflower, etc dont.
