    I don't mind picking up discounted food from time to time. Especially when it's vegetables or fruit that you can throw in the freezer. I always keep my eyes open for bright pink 50 percent off or $1.00 off stickers.

    Today's veggie tale:
    Salad 1.99 -1.00
    Tomatoes 1.04 -0.52
    Mixed Veg 2.39 -1.20
    (Broccoli/Cauliflower/Carrots)
    Pineapple 3.19 - 1.60

    Topped that off with a Glade glass candle at 1.12 after 4 coupon and tax.

    A savings of over eight dollars!
    Another good $5 day.
