Not many national retailers that handle refurbs exclusively, you might try XS Cargo. Otherwise, most electronics retailers have refurb sections on their sites (e.g. http://store.apple.com/ca/browse/home/specialdeals )

Henrys has a used camera outlet in Toronto, but they also ebay a ton of refurb and or used cameras
