Does anyone know how to get the form required for the $25 prepaid mastercard? The file is corrupted and you cannot download it for printing. The 1-866 number on the website is not forwarding your call when you ask to speak to a Coca-Cola rep. This is a great deal now because Metro has the 1.89L packages of tea for $0.99 so you need 8 for a $25 card. That's $17 free!!!

Thanks Terri Lynn, I tried your suggestion but the file is damaged and not able to repair. I'll just keeping trying the web to see if they fix they problem
