So I went to LD this morning as I've been seeing some great deals on here in the last day or two. This is what I got:

    2 x Gillette Fusion razor pack @5.99 ea - $10 coupons = 1.98
    3 x Aveeno body wash @5.99 ea - 10.50 = 7.47
    2 x Huggies Pure & Natural diapers @11.99 ea - 23.00 = .98
    2 x Huggies wipes @3.99 - coupons free wipes w/diaper purchase = FREE
    1 x Febreze Noticeables @ 6.99 - 7.00 = FREE
    1 x Febreze candle @ 7.99 - 7.00 = .99
    3 x Bandaids 2 @ $3 and 1 @ 4.69 (PM Save-On 2/$6 wouldn't give me 1 for $3 ) = 10.69

So then for getting the 3 bodywashes and the 3 bandaids I should have got 2 x $10 GC but she just gave me $20 off my purchase for a grand total of $11.86 including tax!!! I had a $10 GC for buying 3 J&J babywashes yesterday so I used that so oop was $1.86.This is by far the best shopping trip ever and I wanted to thank NateandAva for her post where I found out about the Fusion razors and the Band Aid PM. I almost forgot that I got the Glade sprays at WM @ $2ea - BOGO = $2.

Oh, you are so welcome! You really should have been able to get one bandaid for $3 as I had this same issue once and so she called the higher up manager (assistant) maybe and he told me absolutely I could just get one for that price, unless it says in the ad, "one for $3.56" or something like that. Save on lets you buy just one for that price so you can PM for that price. I also find it weird that one day the cashier allows me to just take the $10 off the current bill without purchasing the gc and the next day they don't. Strange! I am glad it worked out for you and that you found the bandaids. Now if LD would just sell the Huggies Naturals in a size 3 or 4.......

Yeah, it would be nice to get those diapers in a bigger size as I'm buying NB sizes for a baby I don't even have yet. I figure for that price if things don't work out I can donate them.

As for the PM I will ask about it next time and hopefully I'll get that price. Thanks.

    Great deal.

Luck you. My LD doesn't let me PM Safeway and Save-on. They say they don't match club price.

Babycakes! We have a bunch of those too, we have bought 5 packages each in nb, 1, 2 - Do you think that we won't go through these? We are first time parents too! lol!

I am thinking perhaps stocking up on the 1s as they are good until 14 lbs?

Just a note about diapers for new moms. They are in newborn diapers for only about 2 weeks but they go through about 10-12 a day when they are first born so you will need about 150 diapers or so. Then they are in size 1 for about a month using about 10 diapers a day and then in size 2 for a couple months (give or take) and size 3 they go quite long in...from about 4 months to about a year or so. My daughter is 10 and a half months and still in size 3's. Then usually they are in size 4's until they are potty trained. They may use some size 5's but this is rare in my experience. So, based on what LD sells you could either get a bunch of size 2 Natural Huggies or size 3 of the other Huggies if you want to stock up on something and know that you would use them. Go easy on the newborns and size 1's. Hope this helps!!

Yes, this is true. Although, my son has been in size 5 for about 8 months so I've used a lot of those! I doubt we'll ever use size 6 as we are going to start potty training soon.

Yes, that is true. My son was quite small so I never needed size 5 and he wasn't potty trained until he was over 3 years. I just wouldn't buy them right now incase you don't need the size 5.
