No Elk Meat,,, but I have tried buffalo and enjoyed it. What about rabbit? I KNow... cute little bunnies. I have a pet one, but have consumed the wild critters.
I tried a Bison Burger once, took one bite and kept picturing buffalos roaming, lol and couldn't finish it. I was tricked into eating rabbit once as a kid and was told it was chicken.
Have eaten most of that at one time or another lol :P Family in sask. are hunters.

For supper I had the last of the homemade pizza (finally) half an ear of corn, and some raspberry gingerale. Tomorrow I will eat whatever I need to to clear out the fridge! :P
