A Mini Brag

This is what I scored on when I went to No Frills early this morning. I had to go to No Frills to get back a $50.00 bill that I had lost in the check out line on Tuesday. I was beside my self until my DH called the store and asked if anyone had found the money. Some one had found the money and turned it in to the cashier, who in turn, gave it to the store manager. I was shocked that the money had been turned in. I guess, in today's economy, I figured I would never see that money again. Boy was I wrong and I am glad that I was. It reinforced my belief in society that no matter how tough things are, honesty is always the best policy. Anywho, back to what I scored on.

Pantene Shampoo x2@ $1.99 - $2.50 off WUB 2 = $1.48
Satin Care Shave Gel $1.99 - $2.00 = + $0.01
Head and Shoulders $1.99 - $1.00 = $0.99

Total before coupons = $7.96
Total after coupons = $2.46

It doesn't seem like alot, but I was happy. Every penny makes a difference and we didn't even have any problems with the cashier.
