My son isn't in any organized sports (he's too young) but he surely gets enough exercise. He runs around everywhere.

My girls are never in the house, and they bowl every Saturday morning for 2 hours and then practice on Sunday with us for another 2 hours. If there is a lane available on Friday night while we are at the bowling alley they will bowl then too. In the summer I can not keep them out of the pool we bought last year. It is just one of those plastic ones you fill up, but they are in it two to three times a day.
