I emailed them many times, I finally got a response:
Dear :
Thank you for participating in a General Mills promotion. We are dismayed to learn that you did not receive your order.
Our fulfillment centre assures us that all confirmed orders have been processed and mailed on time. Yours and your friends' orders were not necessarily mailed on the same date. Once mailed, orders are not traceable. We are at a loss, therefore, to explain why your order has not yet been delivered. We regret your inconvenience and disappointment.
We appreciate your interest in this offer.
